LIFT : HYBRID

 LIFT is our progressive strength training session. This class centres around compound lifts, functional movement patterns & focused accessory work. With a strong emphasis on correct form and progressive overload to build strength across 6-12 week blocks. HYBRID has a FULLBODY focus - choose to finish your session with the option of HIIT training or additional ACCESSORY work to cap out your class.

CORE+

Our mat pilates class invites you to slow down, move with purpose and build strength from within. Combining core pilates principles with a modern approach, this class incorporates low impact movement to enhance stability, improve alignment and deep core control.

HIIT

HIIT is our high energy and maximum effort session. A fullbody endurance style session, this class will challenge both physical and mental endurance while boosting cardiovascular fitness. 

RESTORE

OUR SIGNATURE SIX WEEK POSTNATAL PROGRAM. DESIGNED TO BRIDGE THE GAP WHEN RETURNING TO MOVEMENT POSTNATALLY.

KEY FOCUSES CENTRE AROUND AWARENESS OF THE PELVIC FLOOR, REBUILDING THE CORE, LEARNING OUR KEY MOVEMENT PATTERNS AND GROWING CONFIDENCE AROUND TRAINING IN THIS NEW CHAPTER
