    we ask you to please consult with your health care provider before commencing any movement during pregnancy and postpartum.

  • all of our sessions are child friendly with the addition of our new dedicated kids play area.

    we believe movement shouldn’t be restricted for the few. we aim to take away the barrier of being able to move your body when the little ones are by your side.
