IN ADDITION TO OUR GROUP OFFERINGS, WE ALSO PROVIDE 1-1 PERSONAL TRAINING FOR THOSE WHO ARE LOOKING FOR TAILORED SUPPORT AND A MORE INDIVIDUALISED APPROACH TO TRAINING.

  • our private training facility offers the ideal space for personal training sessions. private pt is designed to meet your individual needs, with the undivided attention and support from your trainer. Available to book as 1-1 or small group sessions, this option is ideal for those:

    • with specific training goals

    • looking to build confidence within a training space

    • recovering from injury

    • training during pregnancy

    • returning to movement postnatally

  • our pre & post natal certified trainers are here to support you through every stage of motherhood - with safe, purposeful movement tailored to your changing needs during pregnancy and postpartum. Our programs are designed to support your training throughout your pregnancy and nurture your recovery and confidence returning to movement, of course, with the option to bring your little one along.

    we recommend the following options when training with us across this period: *

    pregnancy -

    • 1-1 personal training

    • group classes

    postpartum -

    • restore - 6 week postnatal program

  • studio hire option offers exclusive 60 minute access to our fully equipped studio, complete with an experienced trainer and curated session of your choice.

    whether you’re a sporting club, business, community organisation or mothers group, you can customise the session structure to meet your desired outcome.
